- during summer right above out house you will be able to find the “Bergerlebniswelt Hexenwasser“ (only a 10 minute walk away)
Our farmstead was newly built with the classical log building method and is situated beneath the “Hohe Salve”, approximately 1.070 m above sea level, right in the middle of Austrias biggest skiing and hiking area. Our house has direkt acess to the skking slopes and the illuminated sledge run. Both during summer and winter our guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the “Wilden Kaiser”, the landscape of Söll as well as the famous “Bergdoktorhaus”, which i gained fame in Austrian Film and TV.

Our holiday home in Söll takes up the upper floor of our farmstead and offers room for 6-10 persons on its approximate 135 m² of space. Thanks to the size of our bedrooms it is possible to set up an additional bed for children in each one of them. Furthermore our rooms offer a healthy indoor climate and a unique feeling of living due to being built completely in wood.

During summer you can rach the well known “Erlebniswelt Hexenwasser (www.hexenwasser.at) and the mid-sation of the gondola lift to the “Hohe Salve”.
The Lechenhof is an excellent starting point for numerous hiking- and biking tours. Or you can enjoy a relaxing day of bathing ans splashing around in the beautiful and closely situated “Ahrornsee”, while taking in the view of the “Wilden Kaiser”. For our younger guests a small playground with a trampoline, a slide and swings offers some entertainment.
